To ensure optimum protection while shipping, all equipment is completely wrapped. The equipment may need to be partially or minimally disassembled in some situations, if deemed necessary, to better safeguard the object. Due to variations in variables like volume and weight, packaging methods for different products may differ, therefore please refer to the actual box you receive. We will also send you product manuals and installation instructions for your convenience.
You can initiate a return within 30 days of receipt whenever you are not satisfied with the product, but you would need to pay for the return or exchange cost if no quality issue is involved. We accept returns and exchanges for this portion of the order, which usually requires a fee based on 20% of the order's value as a service handling fee for the product's restocking.
When we confirm to cancel your order, you will be refunded within 3 business days. When we receive your return, you will be refunded within 5 business days upon receipt and inspection. The refund will be made to the account that the funds were originally drawn from, namely the money will be sent back in the same way it was received.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to service@uwellmobility.com and we will process an immediate replacement or compensation (usually within 5 business days).

Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing us at service@uwellmobility and requesting the change. Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Orders can only be changed before shipping.
